Empower24 FAQs: Know Before You Go

It's time! As you get ready to join us at Empower24, here are some important details to make your arrival smooth and your weekend unforgettable.

What should I bring?
For check-in at event registration, you must have a photo ID, whether it be a driver’s license, passport, or a government issued identification card. It will also help us streamline check-in if you have a printed copy of your Eventbrite registration confirmation, your email confirmation on your phone, or access to your confirmation via the Eventbrite Discover Events app.  

Where should I head for check-in and General Session? 
General Session will be held at Harrah’s Avalon Ballroom, Waterfront Conference Center (Level 2), with check-in just outside. There will be Empower24-branded signage in Harrah’s Lobby and guiding you to the Avalon Ballroom – you won’t be able to miss us!  

How do I check in for Empower24? 
Members of the EA Support team will assist with check-in at the Avalon Ballroom on Friday from 2:00 to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 to 10:00 AM. 

Is there a deadline to register for Empower 2024?
Last-minute registration will be available at check-in, but we ask that you register ASAP here.   Please note, if you register at the event, you are not eligible for the Raffles, nor are you eligible to win Bonus Points related the Road to Empower24 promotion. 

Are guests allowed?
Empower24 attendees are not required to be active Energy Advisors – prospects welcome! – but all attendees must register here.  

Will there be an official hashtag or social media handle for the event?
Absolutely! Use #thinkpluscommunity and #empower24 to connect with other attendees and share your experience. Plus, be sure to follow along on Facebook and Instagram.
