As part of our plan to modernize and unify our offerings, the Free Energy Club program is being phased out. Here’s what you need to know:

What’s happening to the Free Energy Club?
We will stop accepting new Free Energy Club referrals after June 30, 2025. The program will officially end in December 2025, and no further benefits will be paid after that date.

Why is the Free Energy Club ending?
The AutoSave product is not compatible with the Free Energy Club. To simplify our programs and support all products, we’re retiring the Free Energy Club and replacing it with a new referral program.

What happens to my current Free Energy Club customers?
Your existing Free Energy Club discount (100%, 40%, or 10%) will remain fixed through December 2025. After that, the program will end.

Can I still refer customers for Free Energy Club benefits?
Yes, but only until June 30, 2025. After that, no new customers can be added.

Is a new referral program coming?
Yes. A new customer referral program that works across all Think Energy products will be introduced at Empower 2025.

What happens to my FEC Customers in my WebOffice?
We are considering the best go-forward plan for the FEC Customers and will be announcing it soon. Good news, you will retain them and their current Qualification Value for both Personal Customer and Team Customer counts. We are, however, considering an adjustment to the commissions you are paid for these customers.
