FAQ: Can I Move a Customer To or From the Free Energy Club?

As of today, February 1, 2024, moving customers to and from the Free Energy Club is no longer permitted.

Once customers have been enrolled — whether through an EA, independently online, or with a Free Energy Club referral code — customers will remain allocated to that method for the term of their contract. Changes through the previously-existing FEC Customer Claim form or with EA Support assistance have been disallowed and won’t be processed.
