Starting... Now

Think+ is for everybody, and so are our trips.

The just-announced 2024 Think+ Incentive Trip was designed with one purpose: To give every single Energy Advisor the opportunity to join us. During this promotion, you’ll have three unique ways to earn your spot regardless of prior rank or the size of your team. Everyone has the same shot; this is all about how you build in the next six months – period, stop.

What will it take?

  • Rank advance to Regional Director or above between January 1, 2024, and June 30, 2024.
  • Earn the most points from January 1, 2024, to June 30, 2024.
  • A sprint! Earn the most points in January 2024.

Think Smart Update

Phil Santinoceto, SVP of Marketing & CS joined the call to share the latest developments for Think Smart. Among them:

  • The successful launch of beta testing in Texas and EA feedback in December.
  • Similar beta launches in Illinois and Pennsylvania are ahead of schedule.

The power of Proton and ability to integrate smart meter data in several markets has the potential to revolutionize the industry and, as Phil put it, “no one is doing it like us.”

An Important Message from SVP Brad Tayles

We at Think+ take recognition very seriously. We appreciate every ounce of work you do and know that we wouldn’t be where we are without your outstanding efforts and accomplishments.

With that in mind, there’s no other way to say it: On our January State of the Company address, we made a mistake. We neglected to include a group of key Energy Advisors on our recognition slides – an error we don’t take lightly.

Among them were three new Senior Energy Advisors missing from the Recognition slide: H. Ekstein, Rivky Sandel, and Shaul Fish. We would like to apologize to Henchy, Rivky and Shaul and are working to ensure this doesn’t happen in the future.

We also neglected to recognize two new Regional Directors who earned the rank of Regional Director in December and qualified for the Kauai Incentive Trip. They are Ed Levene and Erik Veilleux. We apologize to Ed and Erik and assure them that we are working internally to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

I personally reached out to each of these incredible EAs and apologized. We have adjusted the State of the Company Recap video and, while that doesn’t change the fact that they were missed on the call, we hope it speaks to the importance we put on recognition and the importance of getting it right.

We hope you’ll take a moment to join us in recognizing Henchy, Rivky, Shaul, Ed, and Erik for their outstanding efforts.

Sincerely,

Brad
